"Cheesy Goodness"

6" X 6" Oil on Canvas Board

I have to laugh at my choice of subject here.  As I am knee deep in a nutrition and fitness program for an upcoming figure competition, there is no way that I should eat a super cheesy sandwich.  So, the next best thing of course, is to paint one right?   I should do this more often.  Paint my calories instead of eat them ;)

Please e-mail me with any questions and as always I love your feedback.

A Challenge for DPW...

Carol Marine at Daily Paintworks started up a Challenge.

I figured that this would be a perfect opportunity to get back in the game and challenge myself.  I am pleased with the outcome and looking forward to the next one.  Visit The DPW Challenge to see other amazing challenge works.

Cool Clock in Progress....

I'm working on a larger painting today. I loved this old clock and want to start capturing the stages of my paintings. Honestly, I sometimes wonder how I get from the white canvas to the completed piece ;) Here it is...sketchy and messy.

"Fresh Can"

I love these white on white's with a little color. This was fun to paint...lots of learning/experimenting here...making something look old, the lace curtains and the fresh apples. I am happy with this pretty piece.
